Stowe Potato Sales, Inc. has since the inception of the corporation developed a strong understanding of the potato business and is in a competitive strong position to operate successfully as a premier potato dealer.
FIRST: Stowe Potato Sales, will, through contract negotiations, sell to potato processing companies a portion of their potato needs. Stowe will guarantee a definite deliverable time period, date, time of shipment, price, quantity, and the quality necessary for the processors to have a suitable raw potato product.
SECOND: Stowe will contract from potato growers, in different geographical sections of the country, the required amount of potatoes to cover selling contracts. Potato growers earmarked for contracts by Stowe Potato Sales, Inc. will be chosen on the following criteria:
- basis of past association and performance
- experience
- husbandry farming methods
- seed sources
- storage facilities
- knowledge in their cultural practices
- size of operation and financial strength
